Introduction

A "3-step machining center" is a CNC machining platform used for
cutting and forming wood, metals, and other materials. The core
feature is its three-step integrated process, accomplished by three
independent machining spindles or tool heads that carry out
sequential operations. This design is widely adopted in
manufacturing for its efficiency and precision in completing
complex tasks

★ This equipment system is a specialized solution from the Stone
3-Process Machining Center, featuring dual workstations for
simultaneous operation. It is specifically designed for cutting
basin holes into workbench slabs, including granite, quartz, and
other natural or engineered stone. It is the preferred solution for
crafting both under-mount and top-mount basins in engineering
countertops. 
★ Features electric belt conveyor feeding (manual roller feeding is
optional) and template-based sizing. It comes pre-loaded with
standard templates for shapes like circles, ellipses, squares, and
polygons, making it easy to learn and operate. Also supports G-code
import for specialized custom processing. 
★ Equipped with an automatic tool changer for high efficiency and
exceptional stability. The dedicated 3-step process is: First
spindle - cuts the hole; Second spindle - performs rough
chamfering; Third spindle - completes precision polishing and
shaping. 
★ Core components are premium brands, including high-speed
full-servo systems and 1:7 planetary reducers, ensuring rapid
operation, high precision, and reliable stability. 
★ The machine is constructed with thickened square steel tubes for
a heavy-duty, rigid body. The X-axis features an enlarged
gantry-style beam, and the Y-axis utilizes a side-mounted rail
